The leasing office made my experience stress free and provided great communication and responses for all my questions! I feel they actually care for their tenants. Updated appliances. Great location in a beautiful town.
For my first experience leasing in Fort Collins the Junction apartments team has been very kind and helpful. When my heating went down during winter they had it fixed the day of which it was requested for repair. Their team has worked patiently and efficiently to help me fix all problems I’ve had such as internet problems, home repairs, and overall questions with leasing. I recommend for a first time renter looking for roommates to use Junction Apartments for they will take away the hassle of looking for reliable roomies, and have a great team that is always happy to help you.
These apartments are in a great location for CSU students and heading into Old Town! The management team is great and the maintained team is super responsive!
Moved in recently and very last minute. The leasing office made my experience as easy as possible and everyone has clearly had the tenants best interest in mind. Nice, updated appliances. Love that there is a small dog park on property and super easy access to spring creek trail!
Not a bad place to live. Close to campus and close to several bus stops. Maintenance is easy to request and they respond in a timely fashion. The gym is very nice is almost always empty. Pet friendly, and very close to spring creek trail.
Office staff is very kind and informative. Definitely looking to stay here as long as I’m in fort collins!
The property manager, Sarah, is awesome! She responds to my emails quickly and is very helpful when I have questions, any concerns, or have roommate issues. The rooms are spacious and super close to campus. I don’t have any issues bring guests over or parking spaces not available. Love this place!

We’ve really enjoyed living here. We moved from some of the newer apartments in town where we had lots of problems reaching the leasing office and even though the apartments looked nice they were pretty cheaply built. Landmark apartments are definitely older and they have challenges that come with that but maintenance staff is always available to respond if you need help. On top of that, the walls are thicker and the appliances and fixtures have been updated so they’re actually the same as our old place, just without the stainless steel facade. What we like most though is the leasing office staff. They are responsible, open to feedback and always a pleasure to work with. It truly feels like they are happy you chose to live here and that has made a world of difference regardless of the color oven we have!
I just wanted to say how much my daughter loves the property. She always talks about how friendly the staff are. The rent is reasonable and maintenance always responds quickly to her needs. As a mom, these things are important to me, since she is no longer living at home. Thanks
